Chevrolet 1937-1954 Car or Truck 12V Conversion kit foot pedal manual starter
1937 through 1954 First Series Chevrolet Cars Truck 6v to 12v Conversion, Inline (6) six cylinder 216, 235 1st series engines with foot pedal start. Kit includes: 100 amp show quality chrome GM 10Si Alternator, Alternator Bracket, Mounting Hardware, Horn Relay, Coil, Gas Gauge Voltage Reducer, DA Plug and 10 gauge output connection wire. Select between 3/8" and 5/8" pulley, to determine pulley measure the width of your generator belt. Note: Our kit contains the best and easiest to install alternator bracket along with belt tension adjuster bar. The alternator bracket allows you to adjust forward and aft.
Other types of brackets do not have this feature. Bracket comes with mounting hardware. If you have a foot pedal manual starter this is the correct kit for you.
